美國波士頓馬拉松恐怖爆炸案（波馬案）審判8日結束第一階段，21歲被告佐哈．查納耶夫面學英文的方法哪些較省時?!對的30項罪名全部被判有罪，其刑度至少是終身監禁且不得假釋，下周進入審判第二階段，將由同一陪審團決定佐哈是否該接受死刑懲罰。
30項罪名 全部成立
2013年4月15日發生的波馬案由佐哈與兄長塔默蘭共同犯下，這對車臣裔兄弟在馬拉松終點線附近引爆兩個土製壓力鍋炸彈，造成3死264傷（16人肢體傷殘），在逃亡過程中還槍殺1名校警，但塔默蘭也遭警方擊斃。
檢方起訴佐哈30項罪名，包括與塔默蘭共謀使用大規模殺傷武器遂行襲擊而致人於死傷，惡意以爆裂物毀損他人財物且致死；其中17項罪名最高可判死刑。
「佐哈把戰爭帶到波城」
本案今年3月4日開審，被告律師克拉克女士在辯論時指出，佐哈的確涉案並安放其中1枚炸彈，但他只是一個沒本事的從犯，在他哥哥塔默蘭的操弄與霸凌下參與犯案，如果不是塔默蘭，波馬案根本不會發生。
檢方在審判過程中共傳喚92名證人，經由證人的證詞，呈現出佐哈心狠手辣、城府深沈的殺手面目。聯邦檢察官在結辯時說，「他要用恐怖手段蹂躪這個國家…當天他們自覺是軍人，是聖戰士，要把戰爭帶到波士頓」。
被告律師說，佐哈生性懶散，不像塔默蘭那麼激進極端，他在麻州大學常常蹺課、吸大麻。檢方反駁說，佐哈從高中就愛讀立場激進的伊斯蘭讀物，並與塔默蘭一起透過「基地」恐怖組織的英語雜誌《Inspire》學習如何製造炸彈。
車臣裔母親反罵美國
陪審團7日開始討論，經過1天半時間達成30項罪名全部有罪的判決。
佐哈聆聽書記官宣讀判決時面無表情，一手插在褲口袋。審判第二階段最快下周一（13日）開始，檢方將以佐哈的受害人包括1名8歲兒童等因素為理由，要求將他判決死刑。死刑判決須經陪審團一致同意。
住在俄羅斯達吉斯坦自治共和國的佐哈的母親祖貝塔，得知其判決之後，發簡訊給佐哈的支持者，宣稱「美國才是恐怖分子，此事眾人皆知…我的兒子們是人中之龍」，最後還「感謝那些支持我寶貝孩子們的所有人，願真主回報他們。」
